ZORYA Company Production Facilities

To date, the ZORYA Company production facilities include: production line for truss systems, wall frames and ceiling beams. All structural elements are manufactured at the factory, using the equipment supplied by MiTek, Alpine, and Triad companies. |

In 2007, the timber sawing area using a SERRA BAVARIA German band saw with a capacity of 20 m3 per day was put into operation, as well as two MUHLBOCK dryers (Austria) with the total capacity of 120 m3, Profigoint optimization and matching lines provided by WEING GROUP; also, a POWERMAT 1000 four-cutter press for Euro-style window beams.
For this workshop, an optimization line has been designed directed at removal of defects, as well as a matching line that used minispikes and subsequently glued the piece. Currently, the plant houses the joiner's workshop, where products of small architectural forms and configurations are made, as well as individual projects.
In the production of truss systems and ceiling beams, the technology provides for the use of metal cock's combs that provide a secure connection of the structures. |
