Wooden houses.
Only wooden houses have such advantages as windproof walls, low thermal conductivity, elasticity, low density, and hence low weight, high strength, high resistance to chemical aggressive environments, ease of processing and assembly. Moreover, wooden houses share one feature: they are very beautiful and even without the complex external processing have an esthetic appearance.
Frame houses.
A frame-panel house is constructed with the use of finished frame boards, which are produced at the plant. They are easily transported to the construction site by trucks, and only need a poured foundation (the foundation wall is enough). The frame-house roof is often rafter-based.
Panel houses.
First, the area where the house itself will be located must be determined. What the area of the desired structure will be. Then, a geological survey is required, as there are quite a few factors, such as landslide soils and seismicity, among others, that may require an development of an individual project for the building. Further, it is necessary to determine the desired house style. Also, the materials, of which the panel house will be constructed, must be defined.
